Sizing charts are provided as a guide only; slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Some items may be "Made to Order"; these are subject to specific lead times as noted on the product page.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless stated otherwise. You represent that the credit card information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use such payment method. Charges incurred will be honored by your credit card company.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Typical handling time is 2 business days for in-stock items. Delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping protection was explicitly purchased at checkout.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for any disputes.
SECTION 23 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns are subject to our Refund Policy. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of $10 USD per item applies to all returns for refund. EU residents may have additional rights of withdrawal as outlined in our full Refund Policy.
SECTION 24 - DAMAGED GOODS
Any items received damaged or defective must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window constitutes acceptance of the product's condition.
SECTION 25 - CHARGEBACK POLICY
We take credit card fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be referred to our collection agency and reported to Credit Bureau Agencies. We recommend contacting us directly to resolve any payment disputes.
